Kathmandu - Chitwan - Lumbini Tour

Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu
On arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be met by the staff from our agency and transferred to your Hotel. After refreshment we will provide you with the tour briefing. Overnight at Hotel

Day 2: Kathmandu
After breakfast daylong sightseeing of Kathmandu visit Pashupatinath, temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple, which was built in pagoda style, has a gilded roof and beautifully carved silver doors. Swayambhunath, Located approx. 3km from the center of Kathmandu, this Buddhist stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth which supports a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of gilt copper, Patan, also known as Lalitpur, is a city of fine arts, enclosed within 4 stupas, which are said to have been built in the 3rd century A.D. by Emperor Ashoka. & Durbar square which houses a bronze collection, the Krishna temple built by King Siddi Narsinh Malla, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, and Mahaboudha Temple. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park.
Today  After  Breakfast check-out from hotel and drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival at chitwan, check-into hotel. Lunch will be served at the resort/lodge. In the afternoon proceed for a tour to Tharu Village and witness the Tharu Cultural Performance. In the afternoon proceed for a tour to Tharu Village and witness the Tharu Cultural Performance.

Day 04: Activities in Chitwan National Park.
After Breakfast Full day jungle activities in Chitwan National Park including Elephant back Safari, visit Elephant breeding center, canoeing and jungle walk. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 05: Lumbini
After breakfast we drive to Lumbini, the  birthplace of Lord Bouddha, Overnight Hotel

Day 06: Lumbini
Lumbini is the birth-place of Lord Siddhartha Gautam Bouddha - the Apostle of Compassion & Non-Violence. He is not only the Light of Asia but the Messenger of Universal Peace as well. The auspicious Garden of Lumbini is situated amidst the newly established town of Siddharthanagar in the Terai plains of west Nepal. The broken Ashoka pillar, holy remnants of an old Buddhist monastery, divine images of the Buddha's mother Great Maya Devi, etc. are still well preserved here. Extensive excavations are being carried out with promising effects.

Day 07: Lumbini - Kathmandu
After Breakfast scenic drive or fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight Hotel.

Day 08: Departure
After Breakfast transfers you to Airport for your international Flight.
